As the Amendment to Section 11.4.3 regarding E-bikes and electric scooters passed at the Annual Meeting on Tuesday May 6, the following are rules for their use:

  • No riding on any sidewalks, including those outside of gate
  • No faster than 15MPH inside of gate and 25MPH outside of gate
  • Must be ridden on the same side of roads as vehicles
  • Must follow the same traffic laws as vehicles
  • Are only permitted to be ridden between sunrise and sunset unless they have sufficient lighting to be clearly visible to other traffic
