Just a reminder that enforcement of the following items in our documents goes into effect tomorrow 3/20.
• Vehicles – Section 11.4 of the Amended and Restated Community Declaration
• Vehicle Maintenance, Parking, Street Usage and Towing section of the Townhomes of West Lake Book of Standards for Community Living, pages 65-69
• Decorations- Section 11.10 of the Amended and Restated Community Declaration
• Ornaments section on pages 33-34 of the Townhomes of West Lake Book of Standards for Community Living

The republication was voted on at the Board meeting on 2/20, and postcard notifications were subsequently sent to owners that although these rules may not have been enforced in the past, they will be enforced effective 3/20/25. Some highlights of the Vehicle Sections are:
• All Resident vehicles are required to be registered with Greenacre and have a parking sticker.
• Vehicles parked on any street, inside or outside the gate, including the dead end on Crowned Sparrow, are subject to immediate towing.
• Vehicles may not be parked so that any portion blocks a sidewalk.
• All Resident vehicles parked in common spaces must have a valid West Lake (TWL) Resident sticker.
• Vehicles may only use a common space for 48 hours at a time.
