Tampa is now under a hurricane watch in effect for Milton. Please refer to the community website www.townhomesofwestlake.com.  There is a section labeled Emergency/Hurricane which contains a lot of good information to prepare in case there is a threat to Tampa.  There is a County Hurricane Preparedness Guide and a Hurricane Tip Sheet developed by the Board.

Residents are allowed to install hurricane panels at this time. There are private contractors on property that may be available to perform this service.  The HOA does not contract nor pay for this service.  It’s important  to start moving furniture, grills, pots and other items on the patio and porch indoors now. Individual owners are responsible for the damage done by items blown from their patio. TWL, BOD
