The HOA has used RoofSmith of Tampa Bay for repair work in the past, but residents may hire a roofer of their choosing. Several homes which sustained heavy damage may need to have an insurance adjuster evaluate damage prior to any work. RoofSmith will not be able to conduct an evaluation of all roofs in the neighborhood, as they have done in the past due to the high volume of work they have.
