I’m often asked “Why do we have so many rules and why are we so strict in enforcement?” “Why can’t you provide guidance and let residents be?”
Unfortunately, there are some people that have what appears to be a flagrant disregard for courtesy and safety therefore we have to do our best to protect everyone in the community.
We received numerous reports of vehicles entering through the exit gate, entering the gate and/or passing vehicles by using the exit lane. It only took a few minutes of reviewing gate camera footage to see exactly what is happening. See the images below (license plates obscured…this time)
For resident and guest safety and to prevent property damage, it is your responsibility to follow the traffic rules in the community.
Please let the management company know if you see a violation and they will take all available action to prevent future violations.
