The damaged exit gate has been removed for repair. If no further issues, the gates should be back in operation by the beginning of February.
The motor for the fountain on the Phase II pond has to be replaced. The fountain should be back in service by 1/25.
The irrigation leak at the exit gate has been reported to the landscaper and should be repaired soon.
The January Board meeting has been rescheduled to Wednesday January 30th at 6:30PM at Greenacre’s office.
