Several owners have reported that their bank accounts were autodebited by BB&T for the November payment. Rizzetta has advised that there was a cut off issue; they have advised that BB&T will close the account effective tomorrow and that they will forward a list of homeowners that have paid through bank draft from the 1st through the 5th of November so Greenacre can credit accounts accordingly. Rizzetta advises that any funds sent to BB&T after the 5th will be returned to the issuing bank automatically as the BB&T account will be closed.
Greenacre has advised that they will have to wait until they get the final financials from Rizzetta on or around the 15th of November to do any refunds. If you had the November payment autodebited and also paid by check or another method, Greenacre advises the following:
- Please confirm to Michelle Ura-Gonzalez mgonzalez@greenacre.com where to mail your refund.
- Please confirm to her also that you have not requested and/or received this refund request through any other institution or 3rd party such as a Financial Institution, stop payment, dispute, etc.
