The Board met on May 16, 2019 and for those residents unable to attend, here is an unofficial recap of the meeting. The official minutes will be approved at the next meeting and made available on this site.

Quorum was established, proper posting of meeting notice was verified and minutes of the 3/28/19 meeting were approved.

Three owners spoke in the open forum. Topics were locations for children to play, clarifications for new gate codes, budget issues and 5-member board, communication with community manager, and late fee timing.

There was no President’s Report or Treasurer’s Report at this meeting in order to focus on ARC applications, which were reviewed and approved or denied.

Communication and customer service issues by the management company were discussed with comments by homeowners, as well as suggestions for an email tracking program with prioritized subjects. Issue has been discussed with management company and will be further addressed in next meeting.

Next regular meeting is scheduled for May 23, 2019, 6:30PM at Greenacre Properties.
