• Barbecue grills and smokers may be located or permitted upon the patio of a house. They may not be kept on a grassy area.
  • Built-in barbecue units and outdoor kitchens shall be located within the rear lanai area, and designed as an integral part of the house. Their location must be carefully planned to minimize smoke or odors affecting neighboring properties.
  • Fire pits will not be allowed.
  • Caution is urged for all users of grills and smokers. These items should be operated by adults or with adult supervision and used according to the instructions provided by the manufacturer.
