The Board is seeking volunteers for two committees: the Covenant Enforcement Committee and the Grounds Committee.
The Covenant Enforcement Committee will confirm or reject a fine or suspension levied by the Board. For more information, you can review the Community Standards document starting on page 59.
The Grounds Committee will create a plan for the landscape beds, irrigation ponds and common elements and conduct landscape reviews with our landscape maintenance company. The complete charter of the Grounds Committee will be ratified and added to the Community Standards document after the June Board of Directors meeting.
