The Board received this email from the county regarding the rezoning application to replace the cell tower with four story townhomes:
The applicant failed to send out notice for the March ZHM hearing, which is this application’s final opportunity. Therefore, it will be withdrawn by the Zoning Administrator at the 3/15 hearing.
The Board will continue to monitor the situation for any changes in the future.
