Our parking lots and road markings will be getting painted on August 10 and 11. It will be necessary to have the parking lots free of vehicles to conduct this work. In order to prevent any issue with the lawn service, ASI will be here Monday and Tuesday this week.
WEDNESDAY AUGUST 10 – There will be no parking in the four parking lots on Fox Sparrow and Crowned Sparrow south of Carolina Wren, known as Phase 2.
THURSDAY AUGUST 11 – There will be no parking in the five parking lots on Fox Sparrow and Crowned Sparrow north of Carolina Wren, known as Phase 1. This includes all the parking spots by the pool.
ALL VEHICLES MUST BE MOVED FROM THE DESIGNATED AREAS BY 8 AM AND MAY RETURN AFTER 3 PM. ANY VEHICLE NOT MOVED AS REQUESTED WILL BE TOWED AT OWNER’S EXPENSE. NOTICES WERE POSTED BY THE MAIL BOXES AND ON GARAGE DOORS SO THERE IS PLENTY OF NOTICE.
