There have been some recent instances of children under the age of 14 using the pool when no adult was present.  Just a reminder that Section 8.10.1.1 of our Declaration states that Children under the age of fourteen (14) shall be accompanied by an adult at all times during which such minor child is using the community pool.  Page 71 of our Community Standards also states that any person under 14 years of age must be accompanied by adult over 18 years from owner or resident family. 
As summer approaches, other pool rules to be mindful of include:
* Pool and cabana close at dusk (when the streetlights come on), and everyone must exit the facilities at that time unless there is a Community Spirit Committee sponsored event occurring.
* Food and beverages are prohibited in the pool and on the pool wet deck area.
* Animals are prohibited within the fenced pool and cabana areas.  
* Glass containers are prohibited within the fenced pool and cabana areas.  
* Alcoholic beverages are prohibited within the fenced pool area.  
* Smoking is prohibited within the fenced pool and cabana areas.  
* All entry and exit from the pool and cabana areas must be though the gates.  No climbing of fences is allowed.
* No profanity and/or disruptive behaviors, loud noise, running, jumping, diving, flips or boisterous activity is permitted within the fenced pool and cabana areas.
* Everyone must leave the pool deck immediately upon hearing thunder or sighting lightning
* In order that all residents have an opportunity to enjoy the pool and cabana, there is a limit of 5 guests per household at any time.
* Also, please remember to clean tables and close umbrellas when you leave Parents, please make sure your children are also aware of and follow these rules.
