Polson Painting has started pressure washing and painting of homes starting with Fox Sparrow Rd south of Caroline Wren Rd.  Please do not engage with Polson employees as they are working nor ask them to perform work outside their contract. The project manager is taking photos before any work is started so as to not be blamed for pre-existing issues such as paint overspray from original paint job, shingle damage from time and winds, and damaged/loose coach lights.  Any claims for damages will be compared to these before pictures.  If there are any issues, do not contact Polson Painting–all issues will be coordinated through Jeff D’Amours at jdamours@greenacre.com.
