The Parking and Permit Acknowledgment explains the parking rules for the Townhomes of West Lake community. This acknowledgement was signed by all residents at Closing, and furnished again when parking permit stickers were issued to each resident the community. Additional information can be found in the Revised Rules to Community Standards effective September 1, 2020.
Mail:
The space marked “Mail” is for use by the mail person when delivering mail, but residents may use it to pick up mail. There is a 5-minute time limit for use of this parking space.
IMPORTANT:
- NO STREET PARKING WILL BE ALLOWED, DAY OR NIGHT.
- Guest and Resident parking is on a first come, first served basis.
- All Residents should utilize their garages and driveways for parking.
- As parking is limited, parking for an extended period of time, or storing vehicles in a resident or guest space for more than 48 hours is prohibited.
