| The Board has contracted Polson Painting to paint Phase 1 starting next week. Phase 1 includes the townhomes north of Carolina Wren Rd. Phase 2 will be painted in 2022. This project was moved up one year ahead of schedule as it was determined the first painting may not have been done correctly–paint is the best protection for stucco. The paint colors will remain the same but the paint quality was upgraded and has a 10 year warranty. Pressure washing will start April 19. Polson Painting will be placing letters on doors to notify when homes are to be pressure washed and then again when homes are to be painted. Be sure to move patio furniture to provide access to walls. Fieldstone has been trimming bushes to allow access to the sides of the buildings. Polson Painting will also patch stucco cracks that they find. |
