Following is a link to the Revised Parking Rules to the Community Standards that will be effective March 1, 2019.  These rules supersede the Parking Amendment passed 6/26/18.  The new rules have been mailed to all Owners and should arrive in the next few days, if not already received.  Please take a few minutes to read the new rules.  Any Owners with tenants in your unit: Please make sure your tenants receive a copy.

One of the requirements of the new rules is that all resident vehicles must be registered with the Association and have parking stickers.  If you do not have a parking sticker on your vehicle, please complete the form in the link below and email to secretary@townhomesofwestlake.com
