Hello and thank you for choosing ASI to be your landscape management service provider. Below is a detailed schedule of services.
Maintenance service days are Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Wednesday: Mow Day
All common areas and homes will be mowed, hard edged, line trimmed, and blown clean.
Thursday: Detail Day
The property is split into 5 sections total. The first being focal areas and 4 sections of homes. All focal areas and one section of homes will be sprayed, trimmed, and fine detailed (i.e selective pruning, hand pulling of weeds, small palm trimming, and soft edging). The sectional detail of homes will be on a rotating weekly schedule starting with the first week of the month and moving through the last week. In the event of 5 week months the schedule will start again in the current month.
