The Board has contracted with 24 Hour Security Solutions to install electronic eyes which will act as our new sensors to open the gates when exiting the neighborhood.  This should happen Thursday and Friday.  Once installed, vehicles exiting the property will trigger BOTH gates to open, similar to the operation of the gates when vehicles enter the property. The electronic eyes will trigger the gates to open while vehicles are 35-40 feet from the gates. This will make it less difficult to negotiate the awkward left turn when exiting via Crowned Sparrow Lane, especially if operating a large truck. Vehicles will not need to bring their vehicles so close to the exit gate to open same. The new system will not change the operation of the gates for vehicles entering the property.  Vehicles will need to stop at the appropriate signs on Crowned Sparrow and Fox Sparrow until both gates are open so as not to damage the entry gate which will be swinging in towards exiting cars.
