The mulch that was delivered yesterday will be installed by Fieldstone this next week. The Board has been made aware that some residents are taking it upon themselves to grab bags and install the mulch on their own. Please do not do that. There is only so much mulch per building and it has to be spread equally around the community. Also, please don’t remove the old mulch–it is biodegradable and designed to be covered with the new mulch. Removing the old mulch would require more of the new mulch which creates the same problem as above. Please be patient and let Fieldstone do the contracted work next week.
