The Annual Meeting is less than a week away.  Greenacre has enough ballots for the Board election, but has not received enough Limited Powers Proxies to have a vote on the proposed Amendments.  Those planning to attend the Zoom meeting should still complete the Limited Powers Proxy which is only used for counting votes on the proposed Amendments.  There is no need for a General Powers Proxy since there will be no other business conducted. 

Randy Orne will be at the pool 2 to 4 PM Saturday and 4 to 6 PM Sunday to collect proxies and sealed ballots if you have not yet sent them in.  If you don’t have a proxy, he will have extra copies of the proxy.
