The landscaper will be applying chemicals, including insecticide, weed control and fertilizer, in Phase 1 (North section of Carolina Wren and areas to the North) on Wednesday December 26, and will be applying them in Phase 2 (South section of Carolina Wren and areas to the South on Thursday December 27). If there is rain either of those days, this will be done the following day. Please avoid these areas and keep your pets away until dry.
