The Grounds Committee has been working on several projects in recent months. The biggest project, impacting the entire community, is most exciting.
Our board of directors has approved our plans to enhance the beauty of the community in partnership with Fieldstone Landscaping and Kazar electric. The plans include creating a glorious landscape design of trees and plants and flowers at the Fox Sparrow turn off Sheldon Road. Additionally, we will add lighting to the monument and up-lighting to the newly planted trees.
Driving further into the community you will begin to see the enhanced landscaping at the center island and as you look to the right, driving in, you will see the additional trees and bushes and flowers also to include up-lighting.
It does not end there! As you approach the walkway to the pool cabana you will notice enhanced landscaping everywhere you look in that area.
Please be patient as Fieldstone Landscaping crew and vehicles are working in the community. This is a significant project so there will be a lot of action taking place.
We could not be more excited to enjoy the continued beautification of the Townhomes of Westlake.
Work will begin on April 05, 2021 and continue through the month.
