The Grounds Committee met with representatives of Fieldstone to discuss issues with irrigation.  Fieldstone inspects the irrigation system monthly.  They won’t know a zone is not being watered unless it shows up as a fault during that inspection–or if reported by a resident.  There are a lot of areas that have turned brown but this also happened last spring as this is a drought period before the summer rains.  Fieldstone will continue to work the problems that they find–or told about–and they have been very responsive every time they were notified of a problem.  They have replaced a number of decoders which control when and how much a zone is getting watered.  The system has two main schedules now.  Schedule A, which includes the even numbered homes, runs Monday, Wednesday and Friday.  Schedule B, which includes odd numbered homes and Carolina Wren, runs Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.  Run times are set at 25 minutes.  If there is a problem, with irrigation or other landscape issues, please email Jeff at jdamours@greenacre.com.
