Instructions for November Fee Payments for Those on Autodebit/Bank Draft

For those who have their fee payments autodebited or drafted from their bank accounts, the November payment will not be debited/drafted from your account per emails I have received from both Greenacre and Rizzetta.  You will need to pay the November payment by check as follows:

• Check should be made out to Townhomes of Westlake.
• Street address should be either printed or handwritten on the check
• Mail the check to:
  Townhomes of Westlake Community Association, Inc.
  c/o Greenacre Properties, Inc.
  4131 Gunn Highway
  Tampa, FL 33618

As the BB&T account with Rizzetta is being closed, if you wish to have future payments autodebited/drafted from your bank account, please follow the instructions in the letter you received from Greenacre.
