Dates: Monday, October 15th through Thursday October 18th, 2018, with Friday October 19th reserved for a Weather Delay

What’s happening? Multi-day paving and parking space painting project
Paving and striping of Phase II, painting the former disabled spaces at the cabana and painting the entrance and exit gate areas. The gates will remain open during the project but only one lane will be available at a time during the re-painting process. Exiting traffic should yield to any vehicles entering the gate.

Who’s affected?   All residents and guests in Phase II, South of Carolina Wren, anyone currently parking in the 4 parking areas that have not yet been paved/striped or in/near the former disabled parking spaces at the cabana and all vehicles entering/exiting the community.

Options for Parking: Parking will be available on Fox Sparrow outside the gates beyond the concrete pull-over area. Please park on the South side of Fox Sparrow only. Vehicles parked on the North side of Fox Sparrow will be towed without additional notice. There are over 200 cars that may need to be parked elsewhere and there will still be traffic on Fox Sparrow, please consider the option of parking a car completely offsite and carpooling to and from the community during these days. You may keep vehicles in your garage or driveway if they won’t be needed during this time; however once paving begins, you will not be able to use that section of streets until the project is completed.

Towing Notification: This will serve as  notice that any vehicle or other objects parked in the affected Phase II area, in the former disabled parking spaces, in the vicinity of the gate, or on the street anywhere within the community (other than the designated area on the South side of Fox Sparrow outside the gate) will be towed with no further notice given.  The Association is not responsible for towing and storage fees.

Reminder:  Do not schedule any services (cleaners, deliveries, carpet cleaning, etc.) that require a vehicle to enter the Phase II area or other affected areas on these dates.

Warning: Driving through fresh blacktop and onto driveways may result in significant damage to the blacktop and staining on the sidewalk at your driveway and your driveway. Wait until the blacktop has set and do not drive around or through any barriers. Any resident driving around barriers and causing damage to common property will be billed for additional work required from this violation. Any resulting damage to your driveway from driving through the fresh blacktop will be your responsibility.
