Last night, the Board decided to implement the last recommendation of the ad hoc Parking Committee to eliminate Guest Passes for Guest Parking spots.  From this point on, Guest Passes are no longer required and Guest Parking spots will be first come first serve.  Please be considerate in sharing this limited resource.

There have been complaints about use of the pool after hours.  Pool hours are 7:00 AM to Dusk.  Just FYI, Dusk is 20 to 30 minutes after Sunset.  For this month, Sunset is around 8:30 PM and Dusk around 9:00 PM.  The Board is considering hiring private security to enforce pool hours.  So please try to comply with pool rules in order to avoid this expense for our community.
