The exit gate was recently hit and severely damaged by a delivery truck. Our gate contractor informed us today that they cannot repair the gate and a new one needs to be fabricated for a replacement.

The cost for a replacement gate is over $4000.00 and we anticipate it being completed in the next 7-10 days

I’m sharing this both as an update and as a warning to those that continue to enter the community via the exit gate.

The exit gate does not sense inbound traffic and closes when there are no vehicles waiting to exit.

The trucking company responsible for the damage is paying for the replacement gate because a resident saw it happen and it was captured on the gate camera.

To prevent injury, damage to your vehicle or damage to our gate, please use your remotes or entrance code to enter the gate.

The Association is not responsible for any damage or injury arising from improper use of the gate, however, the Association is responsible for collecting costs to have the gate repaired and/or replaced, even if the damage is caused by a resident or guest.
