The entrance gate will be closed 24/7 beginning Tuesday 9/4/18.   Residents and regular vendors and delivery personnel will need to use their key fob or code for access.  Other visitors will need to use the call box to call the resident they are visiting.

Instructions for Opening Entrance Gate When Call is Received from Call Box:

GRANTING OR DENYING ACCESS TO YOUR GUESTS: Once you have answered the phone call and you have identified you guest, you have the choice to either grant access or deny access to you guest.

To GRANT ACCESS to your guest, press “9” on your phone. The phone entry system will respond with a confirmation tone indicating that the gate is opening and will automatically disconnect itself. Some telephones (especially cell phones) emit a very short duration tone when the number is pressed. If your telephone does this, you may have to press “9” (the grant access code) twice in rapid succession to open the door or gate.
