We have discovered errors in the ballot package for the Annual Meeting that was mailed Thursday April 11.
A corrected ballot package is being assembled and will be mailed as soon as possible.The new package will contain detailed instructions on how to cast your vote.
Ballots from the first, incorrect mailing will not be valid, so please use care to make sure you use only the corrected ballot and associated items in the new package.
Also, in order to allow time for the preparation, printing and mailing of the package and to meet the required 14 day notice, the date for the Annual Meeting has been moved to Thursday May 9 at 6:30PM at the Maureen B Gauzza Library on Countryway Blvd.
