A resident saw a coyote outside the fence yesterday morning.  Coyotes can be a threat to cats and small dogs so please don’t leave pets outside unattended–which is actually a rule in the Community Standards.  Coyotes are normally too shy to approach people, but if they do, just make a lot of noise which should scare them away.
