It was discovered during a walk-through of the property with MI Homes that many of the back lanai drains from the gutters were not properly connected to the drainage system at the time of construction. Cornerstone, MI’s subcontractor, will begin connection of these on Monday July 30th. They plan to begin with Phase I (Fox Sparrow and Carolina Wren) addresses and work on Phase I that week, then work on Phase II the following week.
Also, replacements for broken water meter covers have been ordered and should be installed in the coming weeks.
