Willene Woods

Acting President

Willene and her husband Jim moved to West Lake from Westwood Lakes in Tampa in April 2017. She is one of the original Board members after the transition from the developer in April 2018, and has previously served as Vice President, Secretary-Treasurer and Director. Willene has also been a member of the Community Spirit Committee since June 2017 and has served on the Grounds Maintenance and Covenants Enforcement committees.

Willene retired in 2017 after almost 40 years experience in sales and customer service, a large portion of which was spent in management. In her last community, Willene served on both the Activities and Architectural Committees, and served on the HOA Boards for two new, different communities in N.C.

Adam Itzkowitz

Vice President

Adam and his wife Ashley have been residents of West Lake since 2017, and welcomed their first child to this world in January 2020!

Adam has served on the Ad Hoc Parking Committee, the Covenants Enforcement Committee and was the Chairman for the Ad Hoc Document Cleanup Committee.

Adam is an attorney and runs his own
law practice representing individuals and small businesses with their legal needs in areas of law including civil litigation, business law, real estate matters and personal injuries.

In addition to his law practice, Adam also owns and consults for multiple restaurants in the Tampa Bay region.

Terri Zimmer

Treasurer

Terri moved to West Lake in early 2020. She has served as Treasurer since May 2020.
She grew up in Pinellas County, moved out of state and is
now glad to call Florida home once again!

Terri has been in the Senior In-Home Care industry for many years. She currently works in Franchising and is Vice President of Franchise Support and works closely with franchise owners across the country. Prior, Terri was a franchise owner of 12 territories in multiple states for ten years.

Christine Horning

Secretary

Christine and her husband Paul purchased their home in Townhomes of West Lake in January 2020 and have two daughters in high school. Christine has been serving on the Grounds Committee since January of 2021.

Christine currently works as a Director of Operations for a luxury travel consulting firm where she has streamlined process and recommended/implemented software to gain efficiencies across the firm. Previously, Christine worked at Ernst & Young in Manhattan and at Arthur Andersen’s Tax Technology HQ in Sarasota. Working for these international firms and collaborating with a diverse group of clients and stakeholders has made Christine a well-rounded business professional who values diplomacy while achieving results.
