The Board voted to align the Chapter on Assessment Collection Policy in the Community Standards to match what is in section 17.18 of the Declaration. Late charges will now be applied if payment is not received by the 10th of the month. Assessments not received by the 10th will incur a $25 late charge. There seems to be some confusion over parking rules. The Board voted to eliminate the Guest Pass system in June. However, all other parking rules are in effect. That means no parking on the street or sidewalk and no Resident parking in Guest spaces. There seems to be some cars parking in Guest spaces on a consistent basis. This is a small community and certain cars stand out. If you are a Resident, please make sure to have your car properly tagged and utilize Resident spaces.
