The ACC is responsible for reviewing all Architectural Modification Applications made by home owners for improvements to the exterior of the Home or Lot. Currently this responsibility is being handled by the Board of Directors but there have been suggestions to have a separate committee for this process as provided for in the Community Standards.  The Board would still be involved for any appeals of non-approved applications.  This will be discussed at the Board meeting March 24.  If interested, please complete the Volunteer Information Form which can be found under the Documents and Forms Tab at www.townhomesofwestlake.com
